A Place to Share Gratitude
Thank You Network is a place to share gratitude, encourage one another and celebrate the people who make a difference in our lives. These guidelines explain what we expect from everyone who posts on the live feed, sends e-cards or takes part in our community. They are a friendly summary of the Community Standards in The Code, which apply in full.
Lead with Gratitude
Every post should share appreciation, encouragement or kindness. Thank a parent, a teacher, a friend, a stranger or God. Keep the focus on lifting others up.
Be Kind and Respectful
Treat every member with dignity. Do not post content that insults, harasses, threatens, bullies or shames anyone. Disagreements are part of life, but this is not the place for arguments.
Respect Every Belief
Many members express gratitude through their faith, and others do not. Both are welcome. Share your own beliefs freely, but do not attack, mock or pressure others about theirs.
Protect Privacy
Only share what is yours to share. Do not post:
- Another person’s home address, phone number, email or other private details
- Photos of other people without their permission
- Private or sensitive information about someone else, such as health, family or financial matters
When you mention or tag someone, make sure it is something they would be happy to see in public.
Keep It Appropriate for Everyone
Our community includes people of all ages. Do not post sexually explicit, violent, hateful or otherwise inappropriate content. Our profanity filter may block or flag certain words.
Keep It Genuine
- No spam, advertising or promotional links unless we have approved them
- No fake accounts or impersonating another person or organization
- No misleading, false or fraudulent content
Reporting a Concern
If you see a post or behavior that breaks these guidelines, please report it through the Contact Us page or email director@thankyounetwork.org. We review every report.
What Happens If Guidelines Are Broken
Depending on the situation, we may remove the content, send a warning, limit certain features, or suspend or close the account. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the community. Full details are in The Code.
Thank You
Thank you for helping keep Thank You Network a warm, safe and uplifting place, one thank you at a time.
