How do I join the Network?
Select Join Network in the site header and follow the steps to create your account. If you have trouble signing up, contact us from the Contact Us page.
How do I share a gratitude message?
Sign in, then write your message in the gratitude message box in the community stream and post it. Please keep it kind and free of private details.
Can other people see my message?
Messages posted to the community feed may be visible to other visitors, so please don’t include private or sensitive information. See Privacy Space for more.
How do I create and send an e-card?
Go to the Cards page, choose a design, personalize your message, and follow the steps to send it.
How do memberships work?
Membership plans, features, and billing frequency are shown before you subscribe. For questions about your membership, contact us and choose Membership.
How do I ask about an order?
Contact us and choose Order. Include your order number if you have it, and tell us what you need help with. Please don’t include full payment-card details.
How do I make or ask about a donation?
The donation amount and frequency are shown before checkout. For questions about a donation, contact us and choose Donation.
Something isn’t working. What should I do?
Try refreshing the page or signing in again. If it still isn’t working, contact us and choose Website issue, then tell us what you were doing. Never share your password.
