Membership Terms

Thank You Network

These Membership Terms apply to Thank You Network free accounts and paid memberships. They work together with The Code (our Community Rules & Terms of Use), our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

Effective date: October 19, 2026

We currently offer the following memberships. Current prices and benefits are always shown on the Membership section of the website and at checkout.

  • Supporter – $5.99 per month or $49.00 per year: Supporter Member Badge, access to the live feed, and one digital Thank You Card
  • Premium – $14.99 per month or $169.99 per year: Premium Member Badge, access to the live feed, and 2 monthly Premium Thank You Cards
  • Explorer – $49.99 per month: VIP Member Badge, access to the live feed, a monthly highlight, 5 monthly Premium Thank You Cards, and 15% off merchandise

Membership badges and membership frames are shown on your live feed posts and e-cards while your membership is active.

Free Membership

Creating a free account lets you make basic posts on the live feed, up to 3 posts per day. Free members do not receive membership frames or included e-cards, but can purchase e-cards at any time. Paid members can post without a daily limit.

To keep the live feed friendly and free of spam, all members, free and paid, must wait 5 minutes between posts.

Memberships are billed in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the billing period you choose, and renew automatically on the same date each period until you cancel. By joining, you authorize us and our payment provider (Stripe) to charge your payment method each period. You can see your renewal date in your account.

E-cards included with your membership are added at the start of each billing month. Unused e-cards do not roll over to the next month and have no cash value.

You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. The new plan and price take effect from your next billing date, unless the website shows a different option at the time of the change.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at director@thankyounetwork.org. When you cancel:

  • You will not be charged again
  • Your membership benefits continue until the end of the period you have already paid for
  • Your badge, frames and remaining e-cards end when that paid period ends

Membership payments are not refunded for partial periods or unused benefits. If you were charged in error, please see our Refund Policy.

If a payment fails, we may try again and notify you by email. If payment is still not received, your membership benefits may be paused or cancelled until the payment is updated.

We may change membership prices or benefits from time to time. If we increase the price of your plan, we will notify you by email before the change applies to your next billing date, so you can cancel if you prefer.
